These wall murals were created for The Dauer Museum
of Classic Cars, a private museum with over 60 fully restored vintage automobiles.
Top-left, the “Fabulous Fifties” with Marilyn Monroe in the
center looks down on the 1956 Cadillac convertible formally owned by the
star.
Top-right, teenage beach parties were popular during the
fifties and sixties. The beach party mural exhibited the ‘50’s
station wagons the teens brought to the beach along with their surfboards.
Bottom left, this 35x10 foot mural, reflected a turbulent era in American
history. It illustrates a montage of the watershed moments that took place
during the sixties.
The lower right photo is a 1930’s Texaco garage set that was created
with Hollywood perfection complete with real vintage gasoline pumps. All
the graphics for the windows and the garage doors reflected the 1930s era.
